Fantastic location near all the attractions in town while still being secluded from the main road, and right next to the city center.

The hotel was impersonal and the breakfast did not correspond to a 4 star hotel.

As a budget traveler, I loved the friendly staff and the beautifully renovated 19th-century mansion. The spacious rooms and free parking were a great plus. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. The best part was the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options, including breads, meats, cheese, fruit.
Felt incredibly welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

A really very nice hotel. Very centrally located in downtown spa. A large house built in 1912, which was turned into a hotel. It was all very quiet and one felt absolutely comfortable. I can't think of anything I've noticed that's negative. I also found the breakfast excellent. Fresh bread and otherwise also absolutely high-quality. I don't need a choice of 20 different breads, I only need two or three and they were there. So everything's great. I'd come back anytime.

Beautifully decorated and very nicely furnished rooms come with big beds. Variety of options for very very good breakfast. Location adjacent to many good resturants and other attractions, like the exhibit on the role of Spa in WWI. Amicable, very courteous staff towards all guests;))

Great location and charming building. The garden was a lovely surprise and a peaceful spot to relax. The breakfast was satisfactory with a good selection of pastries and drinks. The hotel was in the heart of the city, so everything was within walking distance, including nice restaurants and shops.
The heating in the bathroom didn't work well, making it difficult to take a shower. Plus, there was a lot of noise from the corridor and other rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
